BALLET TECHNIQUE 1, 2 & 3
Emphasis is on discipline, French terminology, correct positioning, musicality, flexibility, and strength. Standard floor exercises, barre and center work will be structured.
Students in levels 2 & 3 should attend a minimum of 2-3 classes per week. The class time is increased at this level in order to incorporate Pilates, strength training, pointe work (by discretion of the instructor), variations, adagio, character, and partnering.
Optional disciplines can only be pursued once all ballet requirements are fulfilled.
